Compass and Clippers was formed in early 2001 by a small team of like-minded designers and craftsmen with the aim of creating attractive, practical and affordable gardens for our clients.

All of our designers trained at Sparsholt College in Hampshire and our craftsmen come from a wide variety of backgrounds. We are based in Bramley near Basingstoke and work within an approximate 20mile radius of our base, which takes in all of Basingstoke and the surrounding villages.

We work closely with you throughout the design and building process, listening to your ideas and advising on costs, hardlandscaping materials, planting schemes, and the practicalities of various design options. This is to ensure the finished result is what you wanted, and is a garden both you and we can be proud of.

Of course we don't just do designs and makeovers. We undertake most aspects of garden landscaping. So if you just want a new patio laid, a problem corner sorted out, or a new planting scheme for a border, we can probably help. There is no charge for an initial consultation, so whatever your requirements call us first.
